By creating an account, logging into, or interacting with Veyora Insights ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"), you accept and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.

We provide online research and sample solutions, including respondent recruitment, survey fieldwork and project management. Feasibility estimates and quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

• Accounts must be registered with valid personal or company information.
• Sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

If you join our panel as a respondent, you agree to provide honest, accurate answers and to hold only one account.

• Survey invitations depend on your profile and are not guaranteed.
• Rewards are subject to our quality and fraud checks.
• Fraudulent, duplicate or inattentive responses may be removed and related rewards forfeited.

All software, designs, trademarks, text, graphics and code on Veyora Insights are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client survey materials remain the property of the respective client.

To the extent permitted by law, Veyora Insights, its directors, officers and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
